Changes:
- You can now show more members per page
- Removed Intercom widget (moving to Zendesk)
- You can now add groups to locks right when you create them
- We're also showing connected hardware on the lock configuration page
- We added a subscription past due warning
- And we improved the settings dialog for our phone reader capabilities
